Here is some important information about your Live Chat session

You can use Live Chat to have an online conversation with a member of our Sales Team. We are normally available between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).Outside of these times you will be directed to our Get In Touch page to leave us a message. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond when they are next available.

During your live chat session, you may be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, phone number and what your question is about. We will temporarily store a cookie on your device to allow us to reply to your chat messages. The cookies that hold the content of your conversation will be deleted if you close your browser at the end of the conversation. If you keep the browser open or re-load the tab, the content of your conversation will be seen by anyone who has access to your device. You can find out more about how we use cookies here:
At any time during the chat session, you can download a transcript of the conversation. Just press on the download  to download a text file.

As with any online service, there is some level of risk when communicating over the internet. When launching Live Chat, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Notice and give permission for Together Housing to provide assistance using the information you have entered.
